Vision

Why promoting Sustainable Development?

"Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” WCED, 1987

Since the Bruntlandt-report in 1987 on initiative of the United Nations appeared, the concept of Sustainable Development got famous all over the world, drastically changing the point of view of both producers and consumers. Ever since, the acknowledgement of the importance of Sustainable Development is still fast growing. The students of today are the leaders of tomorrow. They play a crucial role in the awareness of Sustainable Development. Gathering them within a network to give them access to information and knowledge would make us able to promote a new generation of students, aimed at constructing a cooperative, fair, and environmentally friendly Europe.

Values

We share four main common values that define who we are, what’s important to us, and how we do things. These values are listed below:

  • Cooperation: Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success.
  • Diversity: Variety is key to be as lively and dynamic as the world is nowadays.
  • Leadership: Inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.
  • Action: Making ideas happen.
