The Global Conference of this year will be trickling the following issue:
Age of co-construction or triumph of the competition?
The Conference of Rio has to set the bases of a new international governance of sustainable development and of a green economy centered around the eradication of poverty. For the first time, the voice of people, citizens and civil society is taken into account for the preparation of the negotiations frame. But will it be taken into account in the decision making process? The urgency is henceforth to know how to articulate the participations of each level of society. At a time when globalization has become reality and civil society is gaining influence, it is essential to adopt an approach based on co-construction in order to find shared and efficient solutions. "Coordination", " collaboration between stakeholders ", " collective intelligence ", are now the central themes of a necessary action. How then can we structure this ideal of collaboration without neglecting the profits of competition?
